We currently have an exciting Territory Management opportunity for a goal-oriented manager that can lead and motivate a small team of agents to achieve weekly targets within a defined market.

Job Description: • Achieve approved sales goals for territory • Support national sales and management systems • Ensure that territory meets recruitment, selection, and retention requirements • Manage and lead all field training programs and activities for agents • Provide performance based coaching and feedback on a consistent basis to agents • Ensure policy applications meet required standards and follow quality assurance procedures • Conduct and attend required company meetings • Complete required training activities and programs • Learn and be able to demonstrate company sales materials Skills & Competencies: • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to interact with diverse clients • Ability to attract, develop, and retain agents • Good coaching, leadership, and mentorship skills |
